Personal support so your family can rest again. I look closely at how your little one sleeps, I get to know your family situation, and I design a plan fully adapted to their real needs.
I don't work with rigid methods or one-size-fits-all solutions. I build individual strategies, respectful and consistent with their development, their temperament, your daily routines and what you feel comfortable with as a family.
Because improving sleep isn't about applying a method, it's about finding the right path for your child.

The questionnaire
Before we begin, I need to understand your situation in depth. Through a detailed questionnaire and a sleep log over several days, I look at how your little one rests and spot which factors are getting in the way of sleep, so I can design a strategy that's genuinely fitted to your family.
The first video call
Before we start the process, we meet to get to know each other and go through every detail of the plan together. I explain the path we'll follow, answer all your questions, and we talk about the challenges that can come up along the way, so you begin with confidence and clear expectations.
The personalised sleep plan
I design a fully individual strategy, created specifically for your child and your family reality. No rigid methods or universal solutions: every recommendation takes into account their development, their temperament, your daily routines and what you feel comfortable with as a family. This will be our roadmap throughout the whole process.
The support
You won't be left with a plan to apply on your own. I'm close by throughout the whole process, following up continuously, answering questions and adjusting the strategy whenever needed, so the change is sustainable and really works in your home.

First call
We talk about where things stand right now and figure out together whether this process is what your family needs.
Full assessment
I gather everything I need to understand in depth which factors are affecting your little one's rest.
Personalised strategy
I design a plan fully adapted to your child's needs, your family dynamic and the reality you live at home.
Close follow-up
Alongside the follow-up sessions, we stay in daily contact throughout the process, answering questions and adapting the strategy as you move forward. The plan evolves with you: we review each step together and make adjustments whenever needed.
Consolidation and autonomy
We finish with clear tools to hold on to what you've achieved and handle with confidence any changes that may come in the future.

Before you start
What happens in the intro call?
You tell me what your nights are like, I explain how I'd work, and we decide together whether I can help. No commitment: if it isn't a fit, I'll tell you and we don't go ahead.
Does it work if we breastfeed?
Yes. The plan adapts to the way you feed and parent: it won't ask you to give up what matters to you.
What if we share a room?
It's taken into account. The plan is built around your real home, including when your little one sleeps in your room.
Is this medical advice?
No. It's sleep guidance, not medical advice. I support sleep habits and routines with sound judgement, and anything clinical is referred to your paediatrician.
